CANCELLATION POLICY 1. Prices and services Indicative prices of accommodation and other services are listed in the presentation materials of the accommodation provider (website, brochures, etc.). However, the binding price for the customer is one that is listed on the accommodation voucher (hereinafter, “voucher”). The extent of the contractually agreed services and prices is binding according to their breakdown in the voucher. The accommodation provider is authorised to change the agreed terms of stay in cases that he/she cannot affect (e.g. force majeure). 2. Booking cancellation by the customer a) General conditionsThe customer isentitled to cancel the order at any time before arrival. Thecancellation is required in written electronic form (e-mail with adelivery note) to the address recepce@hotelnikolas.cz. The cancellationdate, i.e. the date and time of the e-mail being sent, is decisivefor determining the cancellation fee. If you cancel your order in 3 days and less before your arrival day, we will be charged first night of our accomodation. If the order is canceled less than 3 days prior to arrival, we will be charged first night of your stay.b) TOP dates (all dates can be found on our website www.hotelnikolas.cz/en)When booking for the period of TOP dates, a non-refundable deposit of 100 % will be charged to the customer, i.e. the full amount of the stay, and any change or cancellation of the reservation at any time after the booking is made is forfeited in favour of the accommodation provider.TOP dates: 8.5.2024 - 26.5.2024, Colours of Ostrava 2024 (17.7. - 21.7.2024), Beats for love 2024 (3.7. - 7.7.2024) , dny NATO 2024c) Special conditions for companies and groupsWhen you order 5 - 9 rooms, a non-refundable deposit of 50 % will be charged 14 days before your arrival day. When you order 10 rooms and more, a non-refundable deposit of 50 % will be charged in time of making reservation and a non-refundable additional payment of 50 % will be charged 14 days before your arrival day.d) NO SHOW - NO FINISHIn case of no-show, a cancellation fee of 100% of the total price of the stay will be charged.
