PRICE FOR COTTAGE DOES NOT INCLUDE: Refundable deposit 3,000 CZK (100€), refundable deposit during New Year's Eve 5,000 CZK (200€). The price does not include: heating/gas (35 CZK/m3), electricity 450 CZK/weekly stay, use of the sauna, wood for the fireplace, coal for BBQ. Everything is available at the cottage. A fee to the municipality of 21 CZK/day/adult, if not already included in the bill for the cottage. CANCELLATION POLICY: We require 30% deposit for booking. A 50% deposit is required for New Year's Eve. In some cases, a cottage may become unavailable after a reservation has been made. This can happen for a number of reasons, because of the water damage, a natural disaster or an unexpected need to work on the building. In these cases, we reserve the right to cancel the stay. We will endeavor to assist our guests in finding accommodation at an equivalent price or the price originally agreed upon. In the event that our accommodation is unavailable, we bear no responsibility for any extra costs that the client incurs over and above the price agreed upon in the secured alternative accommodation. In case of provision of alternative accommodation, the client is not entitled to request any full refund of the price. The deposit sent to our account is non-refundable in case of cancellation by the client. INSURANCE - WE RECOMMEND:Due to unexpected circumstances, you may have to cancel your trip. We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance. If you do not have household insurance that includes liability insurance, we recommend that you purchase this insurance with travel insurance. These small insurances can save you a lot of money and stress in the future. We will give you the keys to the building, we will collect a refundable deposit and an additional payment for accommodation, we will fill out the house book (if it has not already been filled out through Alfred), we will fill out a handover protocol for Chata Lucie with you, where the energy amounts will be written down. Upon arrival, we will give you the necessary information so that your stay goes smoothly.PLEASE NOTE THAT THE PROPERTY DOES NOT HAVE A 24-HOUR RECEPTION. ACCOMMODATION IS PROVIDED BY A MANAGER WHO WILL BE WAITING FOR YOU AT THE APPOINTED TIME. PLEASE RESPECT THE AGREED ARRIVAL TIME! If you are coming with a dog, WE ASK YOU not to walk the dog in the garden or clean up after the dog. Furthermore, the dog should have its own bed and not move around the whole house but only on the ground floor. THANK YOU VERY MUCH! DURING THE STAY: During your stay, you can contact us regarding:- technical problem in the accommodation facilities- technical information about the property- other questions about the facility's operation- for information we can help with, don't be afraid to contact us DEPARTURE:WHEN YOU LEAVE, PLEASE CARRY OUT BASIC CLEANING - TAKE OUT THE GARBAGE, WASH THE DISHES,PUT THE GARDEN IN ITS ORIGINAL CONDITION, CLEAN THE GRILL (if used), REMOVE THE BEDDING). If it is not done, we have the right to charge a fee for further cleaning up to CZK 1,000. Unless otherwise agreed, the standard departure time is 10:00 a.m. The manager will arrive at the property at the specified time, return the deposit, calculate the fees for the energy consumed and other fees if incurred. He will check the property in your presence. We ask you not to consider this activity as a sign of distrust, but as a routine matter.
